Pilgrims Hospices is an independent charity supporting adults living with an incurable illness in east Kent. Our focus is always on patients and their families, ensuring that specialist end-of-life care is available when and wherever it is needed.

Through our hospice buildings in Canterbury, Thanet and Ashford, community clinics and community nursing teams caring for patients in their own homes, we support over 4,100 patients and their loved ones each year. Hospices care for the whole person and our priority is to is to ensure patients remain comfortable and independent for as long as possible.

Our ability to deliver our full range of services depends on a wide range of funding, including events, grants, business partnerships, our Lottery and our retail stores across east Kent, with 80% of our income being raised through voluntary donations.

We couldn’t do what we do for those in our east Kent community without our wonderful supporters.
