Balance & Harmony Therapy Services is a tranquil and relaxing home-based therapy room, located at the top of my garden. It is based in Maidstone, with easy and direct access to main routes, including the M20.
My name is Tracy King and I am a certified Oncology massage therapist, ITEC Level 3 holistic massage therapist, incorporating:
- Deep tissue massage
- Indian head massage
I am a Reiki practitioner and a NADA Auricular acupuncture practitioner
I also offer luxury facials using Eve Taylor professional aromatherapy products.

Reiki Healing Therapy
From my own experience, Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that glows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, serenity and wellbeing.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a relaxing, stress-busting massage of the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, ears and hands. Traditional Ayurvedic head massage was first referred to in ancient texts.
Auricular (ear) Acupuncture
Auricular Acupuncture is a particular type of acupuncture using very small, fine needles inserted into acupuncture points on the surface of the outer ear. I follow the NADA protocol, which is a 5-point treatment. This therapy is used to treat stress-related symptoms, such as insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, digestive problems, muscular pains and tension. It can also be beneficial in reducing menopause related symptoms.
