HR Dept West Kent is a full services HR consulting firm based out of Hadlow. The business is led by Managing Director, Sandhya Iyer. Sandhya is a fully qualified Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK.

The business provides HR and employment law advice to SMEs based out of the West Kent region. Clients are supported on an ongoing basis or on ad hoc purpose based projects. Retained clients benefit from added protection against tribunal claims through our well rounded tribunal indemnity insurance. Ad hoc project work may relate to resolving an operational need such as a grievance, disciplinary, sickness and performance. Alternatively we also support clients on strategic projects involving TUPE transfers or restructures.

We are official partners of Breathe HR, which is a cloud based database. Through this, we enable clients to take control and understand their HR metrics. This is considered key to their people management strategies as it can have a a knock on effect on the bottom line.

We also offer bespoke training solutions to meet your people strategies and budgets. This includes classroom based management essentials programmes or elearning solutions.

In addition to the above, we are able to support our clients through ancillary services such as employee benefits solutions, occupational health referrals, health and safety and payroll solutions. This means that a client receives well rounded support in the areas of human resource management and employment law, throughout the employee lifecycle.
