With over 20 years’ HR experience, including more than a decade operating at HR Business Partner level, I have supported organisations through employee relations matters, organisational change, restructures, performance management, policy development and people strategy.
I understand that many small businesses don’t need or can’t justify a full-time HR professional. That’s where I come in. I work as an extension of your team, providing flexible support through retained services, HR projects, compliance audits, Breathe HR implementation and ad-hoc advice when you need it most.
